Return/Exchange Policy

In what circumstances can i return the goods bought from electroshope.com? and within how many days ?

If the goods you received is Damaged, Defective or if it is not as per your order placed, you can request for Exchange or Replacement of the same. You can replace the goods with in 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days you cannot exchange OR return the goods.


Is there any extra charges to be paid for return or exchange of goods?

We do not charge anything extra for returns and exchange. It’s free of cost.

How do I return goods purchased on electroshope.com?

  • Fill the Goods return form and provide Order ID details.
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
  • When are returns not accepted?

  • Return request made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product received in damaged condition from your side or not the same product we delivered to you ( including specification, model number, change in colors or change in sizes etc)
  • Defective products covered under the manufacturing warranty.
  • Products received without original packing.
  • Products ordered on demand (special orders).

  • When will I get my refund?

    Your refund will be processed on the same day we receive the goods in pristine condition. Actual receipt of the refund to your account depends on the processing time of external agencies such as banks, card providers and payment gateways.

    If my refund request is getting prolonged ?

    Once you fill the product return form and If you receive an e-mail from us confirming your refund request is accepted. That shows refund process is initiated from our side.

    Sometimes financial organizations takes longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened in 7 working days, you can contact us. We will be more than happy to help and assist you.

    How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order any time before the dispatch of your product. Just click on Cancel button against your order in My Orders in My Account. We will cancel it and initiate your refund.
